Who we are
Klei Co Moulding is a South African studio founded by Delene Becker, a local pottery business owner with a passion for making ceramic production more accessible, precise, and repeatable. Built from hands-on experience in small-scale making and studio practice, Klei Co bridges the gap between design and craft by developing practical tools that support makers at every stage of production.
What we do
At its core, Klei Co Moulding designs and produces high-quality 3D printed master moulds used to create durable plaster moulds for ceramics and slipcasting. These tools are created with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and longevity—helping ceramic artists, hobbyists, and small manufacturers achieve consistent results without losing the character and creativity of handmade work. Each design is developed to simplify the mould-making process while improving accuracy, reducing errors, and making repeat production more achievable.
More than just a product line, Klei Co is a problem-solving studio driven by functional design thinking. Every mould is created with the intention of supporting production workflows—whether for small-batch collections or scalable ceramic ranges. By combining digital fabrication with traditional ceramic processes, Klei Co Moulding offers a reliable foundation for makers who want to grow their work while maintaining quality, intention, and creative control.
